Official Rules
These Official Rules govern the PhotoPay Launch Giveaway. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.
The PhotoPay Launch Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by BayoSys / PhotoPay ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Giveaway may be sent to hello@photopay.us.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, Stripe, or any other third-party platform where the Giveaway may be promoted.
The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island are not eligible. The Giveaway is also void in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited, restricted, or would require registration, bonding, translation, local administration, or other legal filing that Sponsor has not completed.
Anyone may create a PhotoPay account where PhotoPay is available, but Giveaway eligibility is subject to these Official Rules.
Employees, contractors, officers, owners, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising partners, and immediate family or household members of those individuals are not eligible.
The Giveaway began when first made available at photopay.us/giveaway and ends on August 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor expects to select winners on or about August 20, 2026.
Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
To enter, visit https://photopay.us/giveaway during the Giveaway Period and complete the PhotoPay giveaway intake form.
The intake form may request name, work email, studio name, phone number, website, social profile, event type, event volume, current sales workflow, business goals, referral code, and social share link.
Limit one primary entry per person or studio email address.
Entrants may receive points for eligible launch actions. Points are used to weight the winner selection pool.
Because no purchase or payment is required, entrants may receive equivalent bonus points without making a purchase, completing a sale, subscribing, or paying any fee.
To request equivalent free bonus points, email hello@photopay.us with the subject line "PhotoPay Giveaway Bonus Points Request" and include your full name, entry email, studio name, and the bonus action for which you are requesting equivalent credit.
Eligible alternate bonus point requests must be received before the end of the Giveaway Period.
Entrants who sign up and invite friends may receive 20% off an eligible PhotoPay plan, and invited friends may receive the same discount on their chosen eligible PhotoPay plan.
The referral discount is promotional, non-transferable, has no cash value, may not be combined with all other offers, and may be subject to additional billing or redemption terms.

For disclosure purposes, "lifetime PhotoPay Pro" is valued using 36 months of the current PhotoPay Pro plan at $129 per month. Lifetime access means access for as long as Sponsor continues to offer the PhotoPay Pro product in substantially similar form, subject to account compliance, acceptable use, and product availability. It does not include custom development, custom integrations, paid third-party services, usage overages, transaction fees, Stripe fees, taxes, or additional team seats unless expressly stated.
The BayoSys website work is valued at approximately $2,500 and includes a custom website powered by the BayoSys platform, as scoped by Sponsor. It does not include third-party licenses, paid media, copywriting beyond Sponsor's stated scope, external hosting outside Sponsor's platform, custom integrations, or ongoing maintenance unless separately agreed.
The CRM portion includes one year of BayoSys Pro CRM access for up to 5 named seats. Additional seats, if approved, may be billed at Sponsor's then-current rate.
Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor at its discretion.
Winners are responsible for all taxes, duties, reporting obligations, exchange fees, internet access, third-party services, and any costs not expressly included in the prize description.
International winners are responsible for complying with their local laws and tax obligations. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation where required by law.
Winners will be selected from eligible entries after the Giveaway Period ends. Entries may be weighted based on verified points earned through eligible actions or equivalent free bonus point requests.
Potential winners will be notified by email using the email address submitted with the giveaway entry. A potential winner must respond within 5 business days of notification. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility, tax documentation, an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and documents reasonably needed to fulfill the prize.
If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
If entrants share Giveaway-related content on social media, they must clearly disclose the Giveaway connection, such as by using #PhotoPayGiveaway or #sweepstakes in the post.
Social posts must not be false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, infringing, or inconsistent with Sponsor's brand or platform rules.
Entrant information will be used to administer the Giveaway, create or update PhotoPay/BayoSys CRM records, verify eligibility and points, contact potential winners, provide referral codes, and send PhotoPay launch, giveaway, and product communications where consent is provided.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, uses automated or fraudulent methods, abuses referrals, violates platform rules, or acts in a disruptive or unlawful manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, legal restrictions, platform limitations, or other factors impair the integrity or lawful administration of the Giveaway.
By entering, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising partners, and applicable social media platforms from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
